Collaboration, leadership and communication under pressure
C•SWEET works with leaders, executive teams and professional teams in complex organisations where responsibility, competing interests and performance demands come together.
We make visible what happens in interaction and team dynamics – especially when communication becomes strained, energy drops or difficult conversations are avoided. This helps people take conscious ownership of how they communicate, collaborate and perform.
Our work combines psychological insight with a sharp understanding of organisational context. We translate insight into concrete behaviour, stronger conversations and practical ways of working that support both relationships and results.
What we do
Team development
We design and facilitate development journeys for leadership teams, management teams and professional teams – whether they are newly formed, facing recurring friction or want to use their collective potential more effectively.
Training and workshops
Interactive and experiential sessions on collaboration, communication, personal leadership and functioning under pressure. Always grounded in the daily reality of the organisation.
Coaching and executive sparring
Individual coaching for leaders and professionals who want to remain clear and effective when responsibility, complexity or pressure increases.
C•SWEET also works as a sparring partner for leaders and executive teams on collaboration, leadership development and organisational change.
How we work
We work at the intersection of people, teams and organisations. We look at visible behaviour and communication, as well as the context in which they arise: roles, expectations, interests, patterns and unspoken assumptions.
Our approach combines two complementary perspectives:
Process Communication Model
PCM provides insight into motivation, perception, communication preferences and predictable stress behaviour. It helps people understand what they need to function effectively and how to adapt their communication to others.
Systemic perspective
A systemic perspective makes visible how behaviour is connected to roles, relationships, recurring patterns and the wider organisational context.
Models and methods are never an end in themselves. They support the conversation that needs to take place and help translate insight into behaviour that works in practice.
